At flex.orange.pl we meet the requirements of WCAG 2.1 at AA level.

Mobile application accessibility

In the Flex application, we support the operation of screen readers and adapt the application interface to contrast requirements.

Documents

All of our documents, such as the Terms & conditions and price lists, are published in a way that allows for machine reading. People with visual impairments can reproduce them in programs that read their content aloud.

Sending text during a voice call (real-time text)

You can exchange text messages during a voice call. This option works when you're talking to someone with an Orange number or another 4G mobile network in Poland.

Important: To use this option, both you and the person you're calling must have phones that support this feature and have it enabled in your phone's settings. For the latest list of supported devices, visit No barriers.

Sending text during video calls

You have the possibility to send text messages during a video call. This option will work if you're talking to someone with an Orange number or another mobile network in Poland that supports 4G technology and has implemented this feature.

Chat with a sign language interpreter

We offer the option of a sign language interpreter when contacting our hotline. The interpreter will call our advisor and help you obtain the information you need.

The sign language interpreter service is free of charge and available: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
